maintaining the security of your device, browser, and local environment;
keeping backup copies of your important files.

infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights;
contain unlawful or abusive material;
contain malware, spyware, or other harmful code.
Regarding PDF unlock and password removal tools: these tools are intended only for use with documents for which you are the owner or have explicit authorization to remove protection. Use of these tools to circumvent copy protection, DRM, or access controls on documents you do not own or are not authorized to access may violate applicable copyright laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), EU Directive 2001/29/EC, or the Korean Copyright Act. You are solely liable for any such misuse.

PDFTasker is built around local, in-browser processing.
Under normal operation:
your files are processed on your own device;
your files are not uploaded to, stored on, or reviewed by us;
we do not maintain server-side storage of processed file contents.
Because processing happens on your own device, performance and results may vary depending on your browser, device, operating system, available memory, extensions, and file size.
Note: “local processing” refers solely to the processing of your document files. Third-party analytics, advertising, and other scripts operating on the website may independently collect technical and usage information as described in our Privacy Policy, regardless of where your files are processed.
